We named this ministry “Growing Marriages” because we understood that a marriage relationship is not static. It’s constantly changing and evolving. You and your spouse are changing and growing and your marriage will change with you—for good or bad. There’s the joke about the husband who responded to his wife’s comment that he doesn’t tell her that he loves her. He replied, “I told you when we got married, and if it ever changes, I’ll let you know.” Unfortunately, that scenario hits too close to home for some marriages. A healthy, mutually satisfying marriage takes daily effort and intentional love. Make a commitment to pursue your spouse like you did when you were dating and seek to know and love them sacrificially like Christ loves you. Become a student of your marriage and desire to know more about how you can improve your marriage relationship. As you love your spouse well, you will receive a blessing in return. Here are some resources to help you in that quest.
